How do I replace or return a product?
Just call our customer care executive on 011-65803341, and they will take care of the rest.

Return/replacement can be done if: 
Product is physically damaged  Product delivered is faulty/defective  Not satisfied with the product quality  The product differs from its description  Facing size or fit issues 
 

How could I cancel my order? 

 You can cancel the order placed any time before the shipment of your item. Just call our customer care executive, explain the reasons for cancellation and we will cancel the order and initiate your internal credit. 
 

 What do I do if I got a wrong product delivered at my place?

 In case you receive a wrong product, we make a request to report your issue to our customer care executive within the 12 days of receiving your order. They will get back to you and will arrange reverse pickup within 3-5 working days. You can also choose to have internal credit/replacement for the product.
 

 What do I do if I got a defective product?

 In case you receive a faulty product, you can Contact Us within 12 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3-5 working days and inspect the product thoroughly. If the product is found to be defective, we’ll exchange it for you or will provide an internal credit, as per your request.
 

 What do I do if I am not satisfied with the product quality?

In such a scenario, you don’t need to worry. If the product quality is unsatisfactory, we request you to report the issue on our Toll Free number within 12 days of your order receipt and we will arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3-5 working days, will check for the quality and if the complaint approves, we will initiate the replacement or internal credit process.
 

What do I do if the item purchased does not fit my size? Can I get it changed?

  Definitely! We have a sound size change policy for apparels and footwear. You can easily get the size exchanged anytime while sitting at home. All you need to do is just report the concern to our customer care executive within 12 days of your order receipt and we will get back to you. We will arrange a reverse pickup within 3-5 working days of date of receipt and replace the product with the right size, as per your requirement. What do I do if the product is physically damaged? In case you get a physically damaged product delivered at your place, we request you to report the issue on our customercare number within 2 days of order receipt. We then request you to share detailed photographs of the damaged product. After approval, we will arrange reverse pickup for it within 3-5 working days, check the product for the physical damage and once approved, we will initiate the replacement or internal credit.
 

 What do I do if the product I wish to replace is out of stock? 

  We provide replacements on product availability basis. If the product is out of stock, we’ll initiate the internal credit process after your confirmation. We also provide refund option in few instances, where you have to submit your bank details and the amount will be refunded to your account via our online payment gateways. Do I need to make payments to the courier company to return my product? Will you provide me the amount paid? In case we are arranging the reverse pick up for your product, there is no need to pay any amount. However, in case we are incapable of arranging reverse pickup for you, you’ll be informed and requested to return the item via other courier services on your expenses. We will refund the amount paid up to Rs.160. What do I do if I want to cancel the order? In case you wish to cancel the order placed, you can drop a mail or call us on our Toll Free number to report the concern any time before the shipping of your item. After receiving your cancellation request, we will cancel the order and initiate your internal credit. What is the esteemed time for cancellation of my order? It may take 3-5 business days to cancel the order and initiate any replacement/internal credit if applicable. We will intimate you once the cancellation process is complete.
